Kanyaman started out in 2020 over the course of the lockdown due to the pandemic as a way to preserve daily food supplies. People didn't want to continuously rely on canned products and it would be safer for us to limit our market trips as well.

Kanyaman is a Kapampangan word which means "delicious." Kapampangans love cooking and trying out new recipes. They wanted to try out existing recipes and improve on them or give them their own personal touch.

Kanyaman started to incorporate their own distinct Kapampangan taste into their recipes. Currently, Kanyaman has various classics such as Vigan-style Longganisa, Chorizo de Cebu, Tapang Taal, Pindang Babi, and many more.

Enjoy a familiar taste of home. Enjoy Kanyaman.

The logo mark was inspired by a banana leaf. Traditionally, Pinoy diners practice kamayan, a Filipino word for "eating with the hands". The food is placed on top of a long banana leaf-lined trestle table and in the true military practice.
